Summary

Job Description:


As an Expert Onboarding & Community Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in onboarding new experts, helping them establish a successful presence on the platform, and managing ongoing relationships to foster engagement and growth. You will be responsible for guiding experts through their profile setup, launching their presence on social media, and encouraging a sustained community of activity and interaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Creation & Management: Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging posts for Twitter and LinkedIn, aligned with the company’s brand and goals.
  • Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive and engaged community.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and impressions; provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content and strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work with the ops, growth, marketing, and design teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns and brand guidelines.


Qualifications:


  • 1–3 years of experience managing professional social media accounts, preferably for a B2B or tech company.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, style, and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships
  • Goal oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • High degree of adaptability
  • Ability to work in the office 3 days per week (Venice, CA)
