Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in Guwahati. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media accounts, developing and implementing content strategies, creating engaging content, and ensuring effective communication across various social media platforms. Daily tasks include monitoring social media trends, analyzing social media performance, and engaging with the online community to build a strong brand presence.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing comprehensive Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate performance reports
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the software industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
