Summary

Job Role: Social Media Manager


You should apply if you have:

• A proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts for brands.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and emerging trends.

• Excellent communication and conceptualization skills to craft engaging posts and captions.

• A creative mindset to develop innovative content strategies.

• Data-driven analytical skills to measure campaign success and optimize for better results.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


You should not apply if you:

• Are unfamiliar with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

• Do not stay updated on current social media trends and algorithms.

• Are unwilling to adapt to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.


Skills Required:

• Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.

• Content creation and strategy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical skills for social media performance tracking.

• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

• Time management and multitasking abilities.


What will you do?

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve business goals.

• Create and schedule engaging and visually appealing content across platforms.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns when necessary.

• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

• Respond to followers, manage community engagement, and handle queries professionally.


Work Experience:

•4-6 years of experience in social media management.

• Experience working with agencies, brands, or startups is preferred.


Working days: Monday - Friday


Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
