Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, and creating content. Daily tasks include optimizing social media posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. The role also involves collaborating with teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms.



Social media managers oversee a company's online presence on social media platforms, developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and, ultimately, achieve business goals. They are responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media channels, engaging with audiences, analyzing data, and staying updated on trends.

Key Responsibilities of a Social Media Manager:
1. Strategy Development and Implementation:
2. Creating and executing social media strategies that align with overall business objectives.
3. Content Creation and Management:
Developing engaging content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats, and publishing it across social media platforms.
4. Community Engagement:
Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and building relationships with online communities.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
6. Tracking key metrics, analyzing data, and providing reports on social media performance to identify areas for improvement.
7. Brand Awareness and Promotion:
Building and maintaining a strong online brand identity, promoting products or services, and driving traffic to websites.
8. Campaign Management:
Planning, implementing, and monitoring social media campaigns to achieve specific goals, such as increasing followers, driving engagement, or generating leads.
9. Staying Updated:
Keeping up with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

10. Designing engagement posts and videos from scratch for instagram.

11. Handle clients' accounts as well if we give to him.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Proficiency in developing and executing Content Strategies
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and refine strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
  • Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
