Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager (SMM) to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a digital marketing agency, where they honed their skills in strategizing, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns for multiple clients.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Content Creation & Curation: Work closely with the creative team to craft engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and graphics, tailored to the platform and audience.
Campaign Management: Manage and execute social media campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
Community Management: Monitor and engage with audiences on various platforms, responding to comments, messages, and interactions promptly.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, adapting strategies as needed.
Collaboration: Work with other marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated brand presence across all platforms.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Must have prior experience (minimum of [X] years) working in a digital marketing agency or similar environment, handling multiple social media accounts for different clients.
Platform Expertise: Proficiency in managing campaigns across major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
Content Creation: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content. Experience with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, create performance reports, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, or collaborations.
Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing trends.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
