Job Responsibilities-
Handling social media accounts - posting, replying, re-sharing, content creation, website (shopify)
Manage google business listings for all our locations.
Lead generation through social media platforms - IG,FB, Youtube, etc
Immediate replies to clients on all social platforms - Shopify, google business, IG, FB and so on.
Create quality content with support of our in house graphics team.
Create a "posts calendar" and have creatives ready prior to posting date.
Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting dashboards.
Content creation - Blog creation, SEO, SBM, filling metafields
Optimize campaign performance through testing elements like design, copy, bidding, and targeting.
Identify opportunities to develop new channels and expand existing channels for customer acquisition.
What You Should Have-
2+ years of experience managing complex and large budget Performance-based paid social and display campaigns
Experience with managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns with an emphasis on efficient spending to generate high ROI
Experience with ad platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook, Google DBM, DV360, Appnext) and DSP platforms like Mediamath
Experience in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Appsflyer/Clevertap), digital branding, conversion optimization, and MMP/MAP
Strong analytical and reporting skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
