Social Media Manager - Global Social Agency
A fast-growing global social agency with offices around the globe, they partner with major international brands across tech, hospitality, food and beverage, and retail.
Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid - Flexible, to be discussed)
Salary: €40,000 - €55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for global brands across various platforms.
- Managing and executing daily social media activities, including channel management, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Planning and managing social media campaigns, including paid advertising strategies and execution, specifically targeting the German market.
- Engaging with online communities and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining brand voice in both German and English.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams (creative, strategy, client services) and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Ensuring brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all social media channels for the German market.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within an agency environment.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their respective best practices, with specific knowledge of popular platforms and trends in Germany.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful social media strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy and optimisation for German-focused campaigns.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
