Key Responsibilities:

• Process Compliance: Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures related to social media management, content creation, and event promotions.
• Social Media Promotion: Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand, engage our audience, and increase our following on various social media platforms.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for social media posts, including images, videos, and written copy, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
• Event Promotions: Promote upcoming events, product launches, and special promotions on social media platforms to generate excitement and increase attendance.
• Influencer Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement on social media.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze the impact of social media posts, evaluate the success of promotions, and compare planned versus actual costs to optimize future campaigns and initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Growth in Number of Followers: Increase the number of followers across all social media platforms to expand our audience and reach new potential customers.
• Increase Content Reach: Improve the reach and engagement of our social media content by implementing effective promotion strategies and optimizing content for maximum visibility.
• Posting Frequency Adherence: Adhere to posting frequency guidelines to maintain a consistent presence on social media platforms and keep our audience engaged.
• Increase Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and secure new collaborations and partnerships with influencers, brands, and organizations to enhance our brand visibility and reach.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and promotions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
