Responsibilities-

1. Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact  Work on social media reports, engagement reports, etc.
2. Content Ideation, copywriting, and copy editing
3. Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs
4. including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, Display Advertising. Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing & more.
5. Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
6. Work jointly with internal team to drive campaign strategy & development
7. Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
8. Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within
9. digital marketing industry
10. Play a critical role in conceptualizing campaigns, strategizing content, preparing content calendars, managing media campaigns, etc.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience managing clients in a digital
2. agency
3. Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat)
4. Agency experience preferred
5. Fluency and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
6. Impeccable communication skills - Verbal and written
7. Languages must know: Kannada and English
8. Excellent time management and organizational
