Role Description:
The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and implementing digital marketing techniques on a day-to-day basis.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with overall marketing and brand objectives
- Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video, stories, reels) that resonates with target audiences
- Community Engagement: Manage and grow brand presence across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, content creators, and community managers. Assign tasks and oversee daily operations to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute creative social media advertising campaigns. Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies. Implement innovative approaches to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Campaign Management: Marketing Management and Brand Strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in brand management or agency environments.
- Proven ability to grow and engage large-scale communities across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital storytelling, and visual communication.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills tailored to diverse audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency in content management tools, scheduling platforms, and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience managing KPIs, reporting, and deriving data-driven insights.
