Position: Social Media Manager - 2 Nos.
Description & Responsibilities:
- develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
- oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
- develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
- manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- encourage collaboration across teams and departments regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face (agency roles)
- Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility by Google Search, Display Ads, Google
- Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
- Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns such as Facebook & Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Advertising
What are we looking for?
· Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
· In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics
· An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
· Google Ads certifications
· Team Leading and Managing Capacity
· Offline Conversion Tracking
· Basic understanding of website UI
· Excellence in written and verbal communication.
· Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced environment
· Strong listening and presentation skills, customer service skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
