Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Account Manager who thrives on creative energy, strategic thinking, and digital execution. You’ll be the bridge between clients and our creative team — planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns that are as effective as they are exciting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients — managing communication, timelines, and expectations
Build and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Collaborate with design and content teams to brief and review creatives, reels, and storyboards
Conduct competitor research, trend tracking, and platform analysis for client insights
Monitor and report performance metrics using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
Coordinate approvals, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high standards of output
Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats (like AI/CGI-based content)
Support new business pitches with strategy inputs, mock calendars, or content pegs
