Job Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Content Manager to oversee the end-to-end content strategy, production, and audience engagement for Patrol Stories. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, content planning expertise, and experience managing digital content across YouTube and other social platforms. This is a full-time, office-based role in Gurgaon (Monday–Friday).
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive content roadmap for Patrol Stories, ensuring engaging and impactful storytelling.
🔹 Story & Script Development: Collaborate with writers and researchers to curate and refine real-life police stories into compelling scripts.
🔹 Social Media Management: Manage YouTube content along with cross-platform content distribution (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to enhance reach and engagement.
🔹 Team Coordination: Work closely with scriptwriters, editors, and production teams to ensure high-quality and timely content delivery.
🔹 Content Optimization & Analytics: Monitor audience insights, YouTube trends, and engagement metrics to refine content strategy for maximum reach.
🔹 Quality Control & Brand Identity: Maintain a consistent visual style, tone, and brand messaging across all content.
🔹 Collaboration & Growth Initiatives: Coordinate with marketing and graphics teams to boost audience engagement and channel growth.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities
- Control the full cycle of the production
- Responsible for all the content
- Creative daily/weekly/monthly goal for the team
- Making sure the content meets the persona and the vision of the project
Must Have
- 2Yr+ Of Experience in Social Media Growth
- HQ portfolio to back it up
- Very Clear understanding of Content & Social media
- Very High Energy To Manage Daily Posting
Additional Essentials
- Data fluency: Skilled with analytics dashboards (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Studio, GA 4) and able to translate insights into action plans.
- Copywriting & visual chops: Can craft thumb‑stopping hooks, CTAs, and basic design/video edits in tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
- Crisis‑response mindset: Understands brand‑safety protocols and can defuse negative sentiment quickly.
- A/B testing habit: Comfortable running experiments on formats, posting times, and hooks to lift CTR and retention.
- Project‑management rigor: Uses tools like ClickUp/Notion/Asana to keep content pipelines and stakeholders aligned.
Requirements
✔️ 2-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital media (preferably YouTube & online platforms).
✔️ Strong understanding of storytelling, scriptwriting, and video production.
✔️ Proven ability to manage content calendars, optimize social media presence, and engage audiences.
✔️ Experience with documentary, crime, or investigative content is a plus.
✔️ Familiarity with YouTube trends, SEO strategies, and social media algorithms.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications, or a relevant field.
✔️ Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon (Work from Office).
