We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to enhance the TCS’ brand presence on our digital channels and social media, including LinkedIn, Instagram, partner channels and collaborations, and tcs.com, in Australia and New Zealand.


You are a results-driven content, social media and communications specialist with experience in financial services, information technology and/or consulting. You have a proven track record of brand guardianship, thought leadership, data-driven strategies, audience engagement skills and managing multi-platform initiatives that drive measurable results.


This role will report into the Head of Strategic Communications.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and curate engaging, creative and innovative social media calendars, social campaigns, and content that engages our audience and promotes brand-focused messaging.
  • Social content creation including ideation, asset creation, video editing, copywriting, backed up by SEO and hashtag strategies.
  • Develop and execute thought-leadership led content campaigns, including digital, social and executive comms assets, in partnership with the tcs.com publishing team.
  • Social media management including community management, daily moderation and scheduling.
  • Event social media coverage and content creation, including coordinating photographers, videographers, live blogging team and global social and digital teams.
  • Work with creative agencies, delivering briefs, overseeing content creation and delivery against deadlines, and managing content approvals.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and reputation across all the channels and campaigns.
  • News monitoring: Daily scan of TCS ANZ digital news coverage, influencers for social media amplification
  • Report social media and content metrics on monthly basis including analysing all the interactions and visits on our channels, to determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Responsible for devising and executing paid social media campaigns across various platforms with the primary goal of increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads.


Skills

  • Social media experience across B2B and/or technology
  • Thought leadership and content campaign experience
  • Demonstrable experience of content strategy, creation and implementation
  • Knowledge of Canva and Adobe products
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills - can present to stakeholders at every level of seniority
  • Excellent written communication skills, including proofreading and editing skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Analytical thinker
  • Flexible and agile - able to work after-hours/weekends to cover live events occasionally throughout the year .
