We are looking for an experienced Social Media Content Manager & Copywriter with a proven track record in managing social media accounts on multiple platforms while directly engaging with clients remotely.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with medical, aesthetic, or healthcare clients, and understand how to write compliant, professional social media content in these fields.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in content planning & social media copywriting across multiple social media platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can coordinate with creative teams, manage content calendars, and ensure alignment with client goals.

For this role, you will NOT be required to design the social media creatives yourself.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies, particularly for medical, aesthetic, or healthcare-related clients
• Plan, schedule, and manage content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Write clear, compliant, and medically accurate social media copy specific to each client’s services
• Fact-check content against verified sources and client-provided materials to ensure medical accuracy
• Ensure all content is aligned with client brand guidelines and relevant medical advertising standards
• Communicate, collaborate, and update clients professionally through email (no live meetings or calls required)
• Work closely with designers and internal teams to ensure all visuals match the approved content plan
• Review and double-check all deliverables for quality, clarity, compliance, and accuracy before submission
• Monitor published content across all platforms to ensure correct execution and consistency with approved materials

Requirements:

- Excellent written and spoken English

- 2+ years of experience in social media management

- Strong understanding of content strategy & writing social media copy

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Ocoya)

- Familiarity with paid social media advertising is a plus

- Strong communication and client management skills

- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
