QUALIFICATIONS / Must-Haves

• Experience editing images and videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, etc.)
• Skilled with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar
• Understands content formatting for different platforms (aspect ratios, subtitles, pacing)- Good eye for visual storytelling - knows what makes people stop and watch
• Comfortable working with brand guidelines and aesthetics
• Fast turnaround with strong attention to details.
  
  

Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a Bonus:

• AI Image: Midjourney, DALL-E, Photoshop Generative Fill
• AI Video: Runway ML, Pika Labs, Synthesia
• AI Voice/Audio: ElevenLabs, Descript- Auto-captions & AI captioning tools: Submagic, CapCut, VEED
• Ability to refine and enhance AI-generated content to make it look clean and polished
