Role Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team on a part-time or contract basis. This hybrid role is based in Satu Mare, with flexible options for remote work. The successful candidate will take ownership of our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring consistent, engaging, and innovative content to grow our brand awareness and customer base.

You will leverage AI tools for content creation and video production to maximize efficiency and creativity, staying on top of social media trends and audience preferences. You will also analyze performance metrics to optimize posts and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow HaiLaStrand.ro social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Plan, create, edit, and schedule engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, reels, stories, posts).
• Use AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance content creation, including video editing and copywriting assistance.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to recommend innovative content ideas.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, reporting on engagement, reach, and growth metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategy with overall brand goals and campaigns.
• Respond to audience comments and messages promptly, fostering an active and positive online community.
• Maintain a content calendar ensuring consistent posting and timely campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and copywriting.
• Strong skills in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar).
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools for social media and video (e.g., ChatGPT, Lumen5, Pictory, etc.).
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms’ algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and collaborate remotely.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, TikTok Analytics).
• Marketing or digital media background is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field preferred.
