About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will capture and create content for a range of hospitality and lifestyle clients, schedule and manage social media posts, and collaborate with our team and clients to bring campaigns to life.


Success in this role looks like:

  • Creating high-quality, engaging content tailored to each client’s brand
  • Managing content calendars and posting schedules efficiently
  • Working collaboratively with clients and our team to execute content strategies
  • Bringing fresh ideas, creativity, and energy to every project


This is a hands-on coordinator role with the potential to grow into a management position for the right applicant.


Responsibilities

  • Capture photo and video content for various clients (primarily hospitality industry)
  • Plan, schedule, and manage posts, reels, and stories across social media platforms
  • Write engaging captions and assist with copywriting for promotions
  • Support content and social media strategies aligned with client goals
  • Perform basic photo editing and video editing (mainly short-form video content such as reels)
  • Direct and style photoshoots (art direction and food styling skills highly regarded)
  • Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to support copy writing, content creation and idea generation
  • Think creatively to deliver fresh, on-brand content for each client
  • Liaise with clients to ensure smooth project delivery and excellent service
  • Assist with adhoc tasks and initiatives as required by the Company Director


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and/or coordination, and account management
  • Basic photography and videography skills (food and lifestyle photography a bonus)
  • Strong writing skills with a creative, conversational style
  • Competency in using social media scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Basic photo editing and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar)
  • Ability to use AI tools to streamline and support content creation
  • Marketing and business knowledge to understand client needs and contribute strategically
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
  • Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and a passion for creativity
