Position Summary:

This role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and serves as the face and voice of the brand in the social space, creating innovative brand messaging and content that engages consumers + influencers across multiple social media platforms. Our ideal candidate is confident both in front of and behind the camera, and is passionate about creating engaging content that drives sales, boosts brand awareness, and connects with our vibrant community. You’re a natural storyteller and trend-hunter who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram Reels, and you understand what makes content scroll-stopping, shareable, and shoppable.


Direct Responsibilities


  • Content Creation: Create and produce video content tailored to our e-commerce objectives, focusing on driving sales and increasing brand awareness and nurturing community/customer engagement. Content will be used across social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Trending Content: Identify and jump on trending moments, memes, and audio to keep our content fresh and relevant. Stay up-to-date on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and social media trends
  • On-Camera Presence: Own the role of producer and host for live and pre-recorded content. Represent the brand authentically and consistently on camera, in line with our tone and aesthetic
  • Planning & Research: Participate in the planning, research and development of content requirements. Script and execute video content
  • Execution: Film, edit and create owned content that reflects our brand's voice and appeals directly to our customer base.


Minimum Requirements


  • Confidently appear on camera for video content, including live streams, pre-recorded segments, and promotional videos.
  • Experience with set-design and lighting to ensure our branded content reflects an elevated aesthetic and high production value.
  • Experience in implementing social media strategies, ensuring content is ‘on brand’ and aligns with company objectives
  • Innovative and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of working under tight deadlines. 
  • A team player, strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Open to a flexible schedule as some work may be required outside of standard business hours.
