Qualifications You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of proven experience in customer service, reputation management, content creation, public relations, and/or organic social media management.
  • Strong empathy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive situations, private customer information, and emotional issues.
  • Familiar with social media engagement using a business-grade reputation management tool such as SproutSocial (or similar).
  • A creative content creator comfortable writing for/publishing/engaging on various digital channels.
  • Expertise in photography, videography, and content editing tools.
  • Management of local review sites including Meta Business Manager, Google Business Profiles, and Yelp.
  • Flexibility for hybrid work, flexible work hours (including weekends when needed to respond to crisis communications) and occasional site visits in either Hudson Valley, Rochester, and/or the Capital Region (depending on home location).
  • Demonstrated use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and content strategy approaches.
  • Experience in a regulated industry like Healthcare or Financial Service

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
  • Create detailed content plans and roadmaps and calendars that align with brand goals, market trends, competitor tactics, and consumer insights.
  • Manage the company's online presence and reputation across various platforms, including social media, review sites, Glassdoor, and app stores.
  • Engage in community management, responding to feedback and fostering meaningful connections with the online community.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, public relations, and other key stakeholders, to identify content opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to gather, tag, organize, and schedule organic content across social media.
  • Solicit positive reviews through email and other outbound channels to strengthen our online ratings and scores.
  • Manage open cases and liaise with Customer Care to resolve (and log) member issues.
  • Collaborate across the organization and with external agency partners to support the planning, organization, and development of written and of visual content to support our social strategy (eg. blogs, photography, video content)
  • Interview Subject Matter Experts throughout the organization and prepare written content across digital channels using web writing and SEO best practices
  • Analyze data and build reports related to reviews and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.

The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting. MVP adheres to pay transparency nondiscrimination principles.
