We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and strategy-first Social Media Brand Manager to lead the digital presence across multiple premium brands. This is an on-site role where you'll manage content calendars, campaigns, influencer collaborations, and social growth — while ensuring every brand you touch is telling a compelling story.

You'll work closely with our creative team and performance marketers, turning ideas into meaningful digital experiences.

• 💼 What You’ll Do
• Build and execute content calendars (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Oversee storytelling, reels, posts, and campaign planning
• Manage client communication and brand tone across platforms
• Collaborate on ad campaigns, influencer collabs & community engagement
• Track performance and prepare monthly reports with insights
• Think long-term and act fast — across 3–4 diverse brands

• ✅ What You Bring
• 2–4 years of experience in brand/social media roles
• Strong skills in content strategy, community building & campaign planning
• Familiarity with paid ads, influencer coordination & growth tools
• Curiosity to explore AI tools like ChatGPT, Firefly, Krea, Runway etc.
• Strong communication, planning, and creative judgment

• 💰 Compensation

₹25,000-35,000/month + growth-based incentives

📍 On-site role (Pune) – 5 days/week from our studio.
