Role Description

We are looking for a driven and innovative Social Media Manager. This role is a contract position that requires on-site work at GRL SND. You will play a crucial role in promoting our community, events, and initiatives across multiple platforms.

Your responsibilities will involve:

• Helping to develop and execute social media strategies that elevate our online presence.
•  Creating engaging content, including graphics, captions, and videos, for our social platforms.
• Keeping our content relevant by monitoring trends and current events in the music and LGBTQ+ communities.
• Analyzing social media insights and metrics to enhance our outreach efforts.
• Collaborating with team members to brainstorm fresh ideas for campaigns and content. 

Qualifications

• Passion for music, creativity, and advocacy for women and LGBTQ+ rights. 
• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with social media platforms and analytics
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Interest in music and creative industries
