Summary:-

We seek a creative and strategic Social Media Account Manager to oversee and grow our presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is experienced in social media strategy, content creation, community management, and analytics. You’ll manage client accounts (or brand channels), develop and execute campaigns, and drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:-

● Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

● Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple clients or internal brands.

● Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels).

● Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments and messages promptly.

● Track KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.

● Understand client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic proposals.

● Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

● Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

● Prepare monthly reports and present campaign results and improvements.

Qualifications:-

● 1+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

● Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

● Proficiency in social media management tools.

● Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

● Experience with social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc) is an advantage.

● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
