Role
Overview:
We
are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Account Manager to
join our growing team in Cairo.
This
is a hybrid role that combines content creation, client communication, and team
leadership—ideal for someone who understands the pulse of the Saudi F&B
market and knows how to deliver real impact.
You
will be responsible for building and leading a small, high-performing social
media team, while managing daily operations for a portfolio of restaurant and
café brands based in Saudi Arabia.
Key
Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of social media content for F&B
clients in Saudi Arabia

Create engaging and localized content tailored for the Saudi audience (Reels,
captions, stories, campaigns)
-
Maintain close communication with clients to understand business goals and
translate them into effective digital strategies

Supervise and guide a team of designers, video editors, and content creators
-
Develop content calendars, approve creative materials, and oversee publishing
schedules
-
Monitor social media analytics and performance; generate actionable reports and
insights

Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and consumer behavior in the Saudi
digital space
Ideal
Candidate Profile:

3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and content writing
-
Demonstrated experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia, especially within
the food and beverage sector

Strong portfolio showcasing strategic content creation, campaign management,
and growth metrics

Solid understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva,
Trello, analytics platforms, etc.)

Excellent writing skills in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)

Leadership mindset with proven experience in managing or building small teams

Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
