Social & Digital Media Deputy Manager to be based in
Jakarta.
Role Summary
The Social & Digital Media Deputy Manager is responsible to optimize, manage and develop company’s (including artists’ and associated brands’) Social Media, Digital media and digital advertisement operation.
About This Role
- Propose & prepare media plan for social media campaign
- Coordinating with company’s internal resources to produce promotional schemes with allocated budget
- Executing the approved social & digital media plan with approved promotional assets
- Reporting and evaluating campaign results
- Working closely with social media partners and representatives (including artists, influencers, etc.) and digital agencies
- Developing company’s owned social media account and other digital media platform
- Developing company’s social and digital media strategy to bring business impact
Desirable Traits
- Bachelor’s degree (Strata 1) or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft offices (Excel, Words, Outlook etc.)
- Understanding company’s internal system
- Avid social media user
- Deep knowledge of social media platform e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Snapchat and the trend
- Understanding social media and digital advertisements operation (e.g. Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Understanding social media analytics and tools
- Experience in designing social content
- Good interpersonal and social skills
- Ability to multi-task, ensure meticulous attention to detail, prioritize and work well under pressure & deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment
