Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Contract (to start) Social Community Manager to help us build and nurture thriving online communities around our innovative AI products. You'll be shaping our brand, engaging AI enthusiasts, and generally making our corner of the internet a fun and informative place to be.

What You'll Do:

• Community Development & Engagement Grow and engage communities (LinkedIn, Discord, X/Twitter). Moderate discussions, connect with influencers, and conjure up cool community events.
• Content Creation & Curation: Create and curate engaging AI-related content (text, images, videos, the works). Keep the community informed and entertained.
• AI-Powered Community Management: Use AI tools to boost your community management mojo (sentiment analysis, content optimization, etc.). Stay on top of AI trends and share your knowledge.
• Strategic Collaboration & Insights: Provide insights and recommendations on community strategy. Work with the marketing and product teams to align everything. Keep an eye on the competition.

What You Need:

• Proven experience building and growing at least two online communities from scratch.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and trends.
• Active presence on LinkedIn, Discord, and X/Twitter.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time.
• Passion for AI and a desire to be part of something big.

Bonus Points: Experience with AI-powered community management tools.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred (but your experience might impress enough).

The Fine Print:

• Part-time contract to start (with potential to become a full-time fiesta).
• Remote work is okay, but in-person in Mountain View, CA is preferred.
• Competitive hourly rate
