We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with proficiency in building custom-scoped applications using Creator workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database design and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, leveraging MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) OR MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js) stack technologies.
• Design and implement custom scoped applications using Creator workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software applications.
• Perform database design, optimization, and management tasks to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval within ServiceNow.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, utilizing RESTful APIs and other integration techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of ServiceNow applications.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in ServiceNow development and related technologies.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on building custom applications and workflows.
• Proficiency in MERN OR MEAN stack development, including strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Extensive experience with database design, optimization, and management, preferably within ServiceNow or a similar platform.
• Demonstrated ability to build custom scoped applications using Creator workflows within ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
