Salary Range: $90-$100K

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be substituted.
  • 4+ years of functional enterprise network design, engineering, and operations experience.
  • Experience across a variety of security products including, but not limited to, firewalls, network, and host-based intrusion detection (IDS) and intrusion prevention systems (IPS), security information event monitoring (SIEM) software, email, and web security gateways, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and data loss prevention.
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for HIPAA, PII, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center and the security tools in Microsoft 365.
  • Certification and Other Requirements: Valid state-issued driver's license, CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA.

Preferred Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with complex network systems and familiarity with the latest technologies
  • Expertise in network security, disaster recovery planning, and advanced troubleshooting

Day To Day

  • A typical day in this role will involve providing support and managing the network.
  • Responsibilities include both SNOC and Technical Analyst support, with a primary focus on network-related tasks.
  • The individual in this role will spend the majority of their time on network responsibilities, including network design, support, and leading related projects.
  • SNOC responsibilities will include offboarding, managing the SNOC queue, and providing security support.
