Requirements 2+ years working in a full-scale production environment. Ability to operate different types of equipment from screen printing, pick n place, reflow, and AOI. Working with solder paste types of RMA, Water Soluble and No Clean Ability to recognize in line process defects. Experience with "Universal Advantis or Genesis" machinery is a huge advantage. Computer literate. IPC-A-610 Standard knowledge. High school diploma or equivalent. Working Conditions Fast paced manufacturing environment. Moderate physical activity is required, especially long periods of standing. Will involve some lifting and moving, up to 15 pounds daily.
