The Job

As a Slot Operations Dispatcher, you will be the central point of communication for the department by ensuring a seamless experience for guests and internal teams. In this role, you will manage dispatches, prioritize administrative tasks, and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

The Day-to-day

• Manage and prioritize dispatches using a computerized maintenance management system, ensuring swift response to slot-related needs
• Act as the communication hub between guests, floor personnel, and all casino departments, providing clear, professional, and efficient service
• Own all guest requests and concerns, resolving issues promptly while delivering an exceptional service experience
• Maintain deep knowledge of casino operations and property offerings to assist guests and team members effectively
• Uphold a clean, safe, and professional work environment, contributing to a high-energy and engaging casino atmosphere
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Is a minimum of 18 years old and possesses the ability to obtain a license with the New York State Gaming Commission as applicable to this role's licensing requirements
• Possesses the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Possesses experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Pay Range

The starting rate for this role is:

$24.48

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
