2nd<\/span> Shift: (Cary location) 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, M-F<\/span> Required Skills:<\/span><\/span> Must be at least 18 years or older and able to pass our Reading and Ruler tests<\/span> 1+ yrs of manufacturing\/operator experience a PLUS but not required<\/span> 2+ yrs doing anything Mechanical (i.e. taking cars, machines apart, etc). is required<\/span> Ability to stand\/walk for 12 hour shifts<\/span> Strong basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply to figure footage and lineal footage<\/span> Make and interpret measurements with a standard ruler to 1\/16 of an inch (must pass a pre-employment ruler test)<\/span> Physically fit with no restrictions and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs; push, pull, maneuver very large rolls of materials weighing several hundred pounds with the use of equipment on a daily basis. Must be able to squat, bend, crouch, and kneel. Must be able to tolerate chemicals and occasional strong odors. <\/span> Previous ISO experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment preferred<\/span> Previous lamination, packaging or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred but NOT required, WE WILL TRAIN<\/span> The Slitting Machine Operator slits material to support press, lamination, and pouch departments, and Customer rollstock business.<\/span> Technipaq is family owned and operated serving the medical device and pharmaceutical packaging industry since 1984.
