We require employees to be available on weekends and holidays during the winter season, which usually runs from December 1st through the end of March. Ski/Snowboard Instructor Do you love to Ski or Snowboard, and want a job that keeps you on the snow all day? Do you enjoy teaching people? Then apply for a position as a Ski or Snowboard Instructor! This job involves leading group and private lessons, and assisting guests to improve their ski/snowboard skills. Patience is a must, as well as a desire to interact with and make a guest's day the best it can be. Instructors work outside in many different weather conditions. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, and posses strong skiing or snowboarding skills. A PSIA/AASI certification, or experience as an instructor is a plus, but not required. Position is paid from 10:00 AM-1:30 PM. The remainder of the day is open to schedule private lessons. Instructor will split cost of private lesson 50/50 with ski area.
