We are seeking a highly articulate, self driven individual who thrives on phone conversations and enjoys the challenge of turning cold leads into real opportunities. You will be responsible for making high volume outbound calls daily to locate individuals, gather updated contact information, and generate in calls. This is a role for someone who loves talking on the phone, knows how to command a conversation, and sees each call as a chance to create something valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily using a predictive or manual dialer.
• verify contact information
• Engage potential leads with confidence, professionalism, and strong persuasion skills.
• Maintain consistent call activity.
• Use scripts as a guideline but rely on your natural communication style to build rapport.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly in calls.
• Work independently while staying focused and committed to results.

• Strong verbal communication skills with clear articulation and persuasive delivery.
• Comfortable sitting for long periods and making outbound calls all day.
• Self-motivated

• Experience with dialing systems (preferred but not required).
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced call environment.
