Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Site Supervisor role located in Mumbai at STRONGHOLD. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing on-site organization, coordinating with staff and subcontractors, ensuring quality handiwork, and managing multi-phase projects.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage on-site operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of construction practices and techniques
• Experience in project management and multi-phase job coordination
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
