The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site fabricators and fitters, managing daily tasks, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of aluminium fabricators and fitters on site
• Ensure tasks are executed according to blueprints and technical drawings
• Coordinate with the project and operations team for material availability and task scheduling
• Monitor progress and maintain quality standards during fabrication and installation
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure site cleanliness and organization
• Provide hands-on support in resolving on-site challenges
• Maintain attendance and daily work logs
• Communicate with clients and internal teams for project updates
