Role Description

The Interior Site Supervisor oversees the day-to-day activities of interior construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Should control implementation of all the tasks from design, choosing materials and workers, renovation works up to the completion of given project.

Qualifications and Supervisor

Experience:

Minimum 2-6 years of experience in interior site supervision is generally required. 

Education:

A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is often preferred. 

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of design and construction processes, building materials, and safety standards. Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD or SketchUp is also valuable.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Project Management:

Ability to plan, execute, and monitor interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Supervision:

Effective supervision and management of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers. 

Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies, collaborating with the design team and others.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. 

Blueprint Reading:

Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. 

Safety:

Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to ensure a safe working environment. 

Quality Control:

Maintaining quality control throughout the project, ensuring that standards are met. 

Budgeting & Cost Control: Understanding and managing project budgets effectively. 

Leadership:

Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team effectively. 

Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals.
