Description
Community Medical Services (CMS) is hiring a Site Supervisor responsible for the supervision of a clinical team in an outpatient addiction recovery environment. You will maintain standards of professional counseling practice in accordance with clinic policies and procedures. The Site Supervisor is responsible for directing care of patients, facilitating workflows, and serves as a resource for staff and providing team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Serves as a liaison for staff and clients with additional support from Senior Clinic Manager and/or Regional Operations Director.
- Supports efficient daily clinic operations and smooth running of assigned facility.
- Provides general oversight to staff on shift under manager direction and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures.
- Addresses clinic issues and assists in treatment interventions and crisis situations.
- Supports managers with personnel issues.
- Ensures quality patient care; conducts treatment plan reviews as needed.
- Participates in reviews ensuring adherence to policy, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Assists with the recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff.
- Ensures ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff
- Attends required meetings including staffing, clinical supervision, trainings, etc.
- Assists with maintaining chart review compliance.
- Assists with other quality management reports as required.
- Completes end of shift reporting.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education, Certification, And Experience Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral or related field and 2 years clinical experience in a health or human service agency, one year of which working directly with behavioral health or addiction recovery population OR
- Bachelor's Degree in behavioral or related field and 3 years clinical experience in a health or human service agency, one year of which working directly with behavioral health or addiction recovery population OR
- Associate Degree in behavioral or related field and 4 years clinical experience in a health or human service agency, one year of which working directly with behavioral health or addiction recovery population
Tools And Equipment Requirements
- The ability to use a phone, computer, printer, and copier is required.
- Frequent use of Microsoft office products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to use the internet and various web browser software is required.
Physical Working Conditions And Office Setting Description
- Requires prolonged sitting, standing, frequent bending, stooping, or stretching.
- Some lifting may be required.
- Frequent and prolonged typing and frequent and prolonged operation of computer, keyboard, and telephones required.
- Requires occasional use of fax machines, telephones, copiers, and other office equipment.
- Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
