This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Vadodara. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day construction activities at project sites. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications, monitoring progress, and maintaining safety standards. The Site Supervisor will also ensure timely completion of tasks, resolve any on-site issues, and report progress to the project manager.

• Experience in construction site supervision and project management
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
• Skills in coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in commercial and residential projects is an advantage
