Job Title: Site Superintendent Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Site Superintendent, where you will lead the commissioning phase of 1-2 ongoing projects in live data centers in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Primarily focusing on the electrical scope, including switch gears, cables, and commissioning. This role offers the opportunity for 8-12 months of impactful work, with the potential for a 12-month contract-to-hire position if national travel is appealing. Responsibilities * Assist in creating the final schedule with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal scheduling staff. * Provide input on the schedule of values and update project completion percentages for billing purposes. * Ensure maximum efficiency in site logistics and uninterrupted client operations. * Collaborate with the Safety Director to maintain compliance with the organization's safety plan. * Direct overall site management of assigned construction projects. * Plan and set project schedule objectives, goals, and deadlines. * Review and select appropriate construction methods and strategies. * Report on project and budget status and progress to supervisors. * Facilitate the execution of the project field installation phase. * Produce, acquire, and maintain all required project documentation. * Schedule and coordinate work for project staff. * Ensure labor continuity in case of labor disruptions. * Communicate effectively with clients to maintain project schedule during disruptions. * Collaborate with clients to address union or non-union labor disputes. * Implement and maintain the organization's quality control plan for the project. * Communicate quality concerns to the Construction Manager and develop action plans. Essential Skills * Minimum 10 years of experience in field construction supervision as a superintendent. * OSHA 30-hour certification. * 2 years of experience in data centers or heavy electrical work on industrial/manufacturing facilities. * Professional Procore experience.
