About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead 4 to 6 storey wood-frame multifamily projects in Edmonton. Our clients are established builders and developers with a steady pipeline of residential projects. Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from excavation to occupancy
• Coordinate subtrades, materials, inspections, and safety on a daily basis
• Maintain and track project schedules in alignment with the broader project team
• Communicate regularly with project managers, consultants, inspectors, and stakeholders
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with applicable codes and safety regulations
• Lead site meetings, manage deficiencies, and maintain clean documentation
• Promote a positive, safe, and efficient job site culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Site Manager on wood-frame multifamily construction
• Proven ability to lead mid-rise residential projects (4–6 storeys)
• Strong knowledge of framing, sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
• Comfortable managing projects with tight timelines and urban site constraints
• Red Seal Carpenter ticket is preferred but not mandatory
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
