Job Overview
The Site Services Manager oversees the operations of site services, including grounds maintenance, custodial services, cafeteria, pest control and reproduction services, ensuring compliance with NASA requirements. The manager will coordinate with various vendors and departments to support all NASA functions efficiently.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of site services teams across MAF and SSC, ensuring high-quality performance.
* Ensure all custodial, groundskeeping, pest control and reproduction services meet NASA, OSHA, State standards and contract requirements.
* Manage vendor relationships to secure and oversee third-party service providers.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
* Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety and service quality standards.
* Must be proficient at CMMS, (MAXIMO) and fill out required annual NASA DRD and JCP (Joint Committee on Printing) GPO report
* Oversee procurement and inventory of necessary supplies and equipment
* Respond to and resolve any service-related issues or complaints
* Maintain records and reports related to budgets, payroll, and service performance metrics
* Act as the primary point of contact for NASA regarding site services
* Support emergency response operations, including hurricane preparedness and disaster recovery
* Monitor vendor compliance with freshness and quality standards for ingredients and food items
* Ensure vendors maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with OSHA health and safety regulations
* Enforce adherence to food safety standards and regulatory requirements
* Oversee vendors' performance of basic equipment maintenance to ensure proper functionality
* Support various NASA functions during and after normal work hours.
* Perform other dutIes as required.
Job Requirements
Mandatory:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in site services management, facilities operations, or a related field.
* Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working with government contracts, particularly NASA, is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical inspections of facilities.
* U.S. citizenship required to obtain a NASA security badge.
* Valid REAL ID state Driver's License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.
* Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract
* U.S. Citizenship.
