Lead and empower a team of talented Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to drive the reliability, performance, and scalability of Ford's critical systems and services. As the Manager of Site Reliability Engineering, you will be responsible for guiding the team's technical direction, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensuring the operational excellence of our infrastructure.
