We’re seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to help drive the performance, scalability, and automation of mission-critical trading systems.

In this high-impact role, you’ll operate at the intersection of software and systems engineering, ensuring the seamless operation of sophisticated financial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve system stability, availability, and performance across trading platforms
• Build and implement automation to reduce manual intervention and streamline operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, leading root cause analysis and long-term solutions
• Manage critical incidents, ensuring rapid response and minimal downtime
• Design and optimize infrastructure for high-frequency, real-time trading environments
• Work closely with investment and technology teams to develop scalable, resilient systems
• Advocate for SRE best practices across the development lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python
• Proven experience with Linux systems in production environments
• Solid understanding of system automation, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Deep knowledge of networking, UNIX internals, and distributed systems
• Experience supporting large-scale, low-latency applications in high-pressure environments
• Background in trading systems or supporting trading desks is highly valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset

Ideally, we're looking for someone with experience in systematic trading, hedge funds, or a background in big tech.
