About the job:

We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of our IT systems in a dynamic enterprise environment. You'll work at the intersection of development and operations, using modern observability tools and automation to keep systems running smoothly and efficiently. This role includes participation in an on-call rotation to support critical services.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Azure Monitor).
• Develop automated dashboards, alerts, and reporting for performance and reliability.
• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs to align with business expectations.
• Lead proactive incident detection and response, including post-mortem analysis.
• Build automation scripts and self-healing systems to enhance resilience.
• Drive performance tuning and cloud cost optimization.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and other teams on reliability best practices.

Ideal profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in SRE or similar roles within large-scale environments.
• Strong skills in scripting (Python, PowerShell), and Azure cloud.
• Understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and IT compliance frameworks.
• Analytical, proactive, and a clear communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally.
• Certifications in Azure or Dynatrace are a plus.
