We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our client team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of our client’s production systems, minimizing downtime, and providing exceptional support for critical banking applications.

This role requires background in information security, cloud computing, and container orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support: Provide top-tier support for critical banking systems, ensuring production stability and minimizing downtime.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex issues reported by business users promptly and effectively, adhering to SLAs.
• Web Technologies: Utilize knowledge of web technologies to enhance system performance and security.
• Cloud Computing (AWS): Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Container Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized applications using OpenShift, ensuring efficient orchestration and scalability.
• System Monitoring: Analyze system logs and monitor performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Cryptography and Information Security: Apply expertise in cryptography and information security to protect sensitive data and systems.

Mandatory skills:

• Proven experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
• Good knowledge of cryptography, information security, web technologies, and cloud computing (AWS).
• Experience with container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift.
• Proficiency in system monitoring and performance analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
