Job overview:

As our LiveOps Engineer I/II at Junglee Games, you will be an integral part of our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. You’ll be responsible for the reliability, observability, and performance of our large-scale production systems, working closely with product, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure seamless gameplay experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage observability solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and other APM solutions.
• Improve system reliability through sustainable engineering practices and automation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient, reliable, and secure software delivery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and quick incident resolution.
• Collaborate with developers to implement DevOps best practices and influence system architecture for better reliability and scalability.
• Write clear, concise documentation and runbooks for operational processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and actively contribute to incident response and postmortem analysis

Qualifications & skills required:

• 3–6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficient in managing and automating infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment strategies.
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
