Reponsibilities: Implements approved MEPF strategies onsite to achieve approved completion dates and budget With High-Rise Building handled as Site QS MEPF Inspects compliance of contractors to MEPF work standards & guidelines; evaluates & monitors work output vis-à-vis shop drawings, technical specifications and other contractual agreements in order to meet project deadlines Monitors compliance of contractors to MEPF timelines and budget; recommends cost efficiency measures across all construction stages in consultation with site managers, contractors and concerned trades. Manages allocation of project resources comprising of people , materials and time within assigned project. Manages the communication and coordination of technical issues and resolves them in consultation with PM, site managers, contractors and affected trades. Strictly monitors compliance to accurate and correct delivery of service by contractors vis-à-vis contracted obligations and agreed documentation deliverables. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (must be a chartered or licensed engineer) At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. With experience in coordination with all trades during construction.
