Title: Site Quality Manager

Location: Greater Boston Area (On-site, can offer FULL relocation)

Salary: $150-160k with annual bonus

A local pharmaceutical company is seeking an Site Quality Manager to lead their growing team! This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to step into a Quality leadership role:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all finished products meet safety and effectiveness standards according to cGMP requirements, regulatory commitments, company policies, and SOPs.
• Establish site quality goals, objectives, and strategic direction aligned with regional and corporate quality goals.
• Monitor, track, and report all quality and business metrics to oversee QA & QC compliance activities.
• Prevent quality or regulatory non-compliance issues through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid product stock-outs, withdrawals, approval delays, and negative impacts on quality, financial performance, and reputation.
• Manage and optimize quality processes, operations, and systems; conduct gap analysis for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline with 10 years of relevant experience
• Must have several years of experience leading a Quality team
• Must have exposure to sterile/aseptic manufacturing
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
