About Your New Job as a Site Manager

• Lead the construction and mechanical/electrical installation of renewable energy systems, ensuring full alignment with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Manage site resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment, while maintaining comprehensive safety and quality records.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships by coordinating with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on schedule and to the highest standards.

What Skills You Need to Become a Site Manager:

• Proven experience in site management within the renewable energy or construction sectors, with a minimum of two years in a managerial role.
• Mandatory certifications: Safe Pass and Manual Handling; additional certifications such as MEWP, First Aid, and Working at Height are highly desirable.
• Strong track record in subcontractor management, with a deep commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
