Site Manager – Facade Construction Project

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

Duration: 12 months

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a facade construction project in Rotterdam. You will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage facade construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, safety standards, and quality control.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
• Lead site meetings, inspections, and provide regular progress reports.
• Ensure site is adequately resourced with materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Act as the main point of contact for on-site teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of site management experience, ideally in facade construction (e.g., curtain walls, glazing, cladding).
• Strong understanding of facade construction processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on-site.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Dutch.
